Internal Medicine Physician

Medcare Staffing is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a clinical opportunity in Suwanee, GA.

100 % Outpatient

This practice focuses on adult Primary Care, with an emphasis on Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Schedule & Operations:

• Work Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, structured as a 4.5-day workweek. Flexible scheduling is available if needed.
• Weekends & Holidays: Closed on weekends and major holidays to promote work-life balance.
• Patient Load: Typically 2 new patients or 3 established patients per hour.
• Call Coverage: Minimal, phone-only call responsibilities.

Scope of Services:

• Clinical Services: Management of both chronic and acute conditions, with a strong focus on preventive care.
• Technology: EClinicalWorks is used for EMR, and Medical Dragon One is utilized for dictation to support efficient clinical documentation.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Commitment: Ideal for providers with local ties who are seeking a long-term opportunity.
• Board Certification: Board certification is required for practicing physicians. Residents must be board eligible and obtain certification before starting.
• Professional Attributes: Strong bedside manner, excellent patient service, adaptability, and compassion are essential.
• Coding Proficiency: Must be well-versed in ICD coding and E/M documentation guidelines.

• Support Staff: Work alongside a collaborative team of receptionists, schedulers, medical assistants, nurses, billers, and administrative personnel.
