Emergency Medicine Physician

Mandatory Requirements:

• OH state License - REQUIRED, will accept IMLC (with proof of LOQ within 3 business days of job acceptance)
• COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
• MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM - will not accept any other type of certification - REQUIRED, no exceptions
• MUST have ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - REQUIRED
• MUST have 2+ recent experience - REQUIRED
• NRP - REQUIRED
• Please submit provider to all 3 Holzer sites (Meigs, Jackson and Gallipolis)
