• Full-time, permanent
• Candidates must be BC/BE
• Seeking a skilled, BC/BE Rheumatologist to join a group of well-established providers. Located in State College, PA, the medical center is a 260-bed acute care facility that offers all of the luxuries of a college town - including short commutes, NCAA Sports, Arts, high quality schools and outdoor recreation abounds with beautiful hiking and biking trails.
• Community based medicine is a plus.
• The physician will be provided a robust recruitment package.
The Position:
• IP/OP - very low IP volume
• Join 1 Physician and 1 APP
• Office staff: 1 Front Desk, 1 RN, 1MA
• 1:2 Call - will go to 1:3 with an additional provider
• Minimal inpatient work - low consult volume - 9 total consults for all of FY24
• EMR: Meditech Expanse
