Monday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Thursday: Closed
Friday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM
Lunch Break: 12:00 PM 1:00 PM (office closed)
Setting: Outpatient only
Average Daily Patient Volume: patients
Age Range: All ages
Support Staff: Front office team and 2 MAs
Work Style: Independent practice with some telehealth, school health, and monthly community house calls
Call Responsibilities: None
Technology: ECW (eClinicalWorks) EMR
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of independent clinical practice
Certifications: PALS and ACLS required
Board Certification: Not required
Licensure: Active North Carolina medical license
Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment: Required
Credentialing Time Frame: ASAP
