Join Our Premier Medical Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide exceptional anesthesia care across a diverse range of surgical cases. In this role, you will support multiple operating rooms, including main surgery, Surgi-Center, GI treatment rooms, a Bronchoscopy room, and a Cath lab. You will manage a case mix that includes ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular procedures excluding complex vascular, head/spine, and neuro surgeries. Average daily cases range from 40 to 45, with 3-4 cases per CRNA. This position operates within a medically supervised, care team model, supporting 7 ORs, 4 ORs at the Surgi-Center, and additional specialized rooms.
This full-time, day shift role (07:00 - 19:00, 5 days a week) offers a competitive hourly rate of $212.67, with benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), robust referral bonus programs, paid sick leave, and reimbursement for licensure, certification, travel, and related expenses. Required Skills
- Valid CRNA certification and state licensure
- Proven experience in anesthesia administration across varied surgical specialties
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
- Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Previous experience supporting multiple ORs concurrently
- Experience with robotic surgeries and specialized procedures
- Knowledge of current anesthesia standards and practices
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing CRNA in a hospital setting
Other Requirements
- Ability to work a 12-hour day shift from 07:00 to 19:00
