We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide exceptional anesthesia care across multiple well-respected health facilities. Required Skills:
- Valid North Carolina RN license and Board Certification as a CRNA
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in anesthesia, with no new graduates considered
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications
- Ability to float seamlessly between sites including Annie Penn, Wesley Long, Moses Cone, and Moses Cone Surgery Center
- Proficiency in anesthesia machines (Drager) and monitoring equipment (Philips)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM shifts
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with cardiac, neuro, vascular, or pediatric anesthesia
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records system
- Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments and patient needs
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduate or higher degree from an accredited anesthesia program
- At least 2 years of anesthesia provider experience in hospital settings, including general, ortho, vascular, urology, GYN, robotics, bariatrics, and thoracic procedures
Other Requirements:
- Must be licensed in North Carolina; licensure reimbursement when applicable
- Willingness to work shift rotations and potential call hours (including holiday pay at 1.5x rate)
- Credentialing timeframe of 60-90 days prior to start date
