Location: Chicago, IL (On-site – Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our communications efforts by assisting in the development and execution of various communication strategies. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their careers in communications, marketing, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and distribution of internal and external communications materials
• Support the management of social media accounts and engage with our audience
• Contribute to the planning and execution of events and promotional activities
• Help maintain and update the company website and blog
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform communication strategies
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and grow
