Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for an Outpatient Therapist, located in Royersford, PA/ West Chester with opportunities for remote work. The therapist will provide counseling services to individuals including children, teens, young adults, and adults, possibly couples and families. Responsibilities include developing customized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, collaborating with clients to set goals, and documenting client progress. The therapist will also work with multidisciplinary teams to support client well-being and growth.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in Treatment Planning and Case Management Proficiency in Social Work principles and practices Expertise in Family Therapy and Psychology Relevant licensure such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or trainings/certifications in DBT, EMDR, or Play Therapy preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Experience in outpatient or community mental health settings preferred Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field is required
