Key Responsibilities Provide medical treatment and preventive care to patients. Document all patient interactions per compliance standards. Collaborate with medical assistants and staff for coordinated care. Ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory guidelines. Participate in quality assurance initiatives and special projects.
Required Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics Active, unrestricted state medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA license, BLS, and ACLS certifications
Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of outpatient experience Familiarity with Medicare Advantage and Value-Based Care Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills EMR proficiency (Athena or similar)
