Territory: Bronx, Westchester, and Manhattan
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Licensed Home Care Services Agency as a Field Nurse Supervisor. In this role, you will supervise and support home health aides, personal care aides, and nurses to ensure high-quality care for clients at home.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and train paraprofessional staff in the field
Conduct competency testing and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with care standards and safety practices
Support clients and staff with clinical guidance
Qualifications:
Current NY RN license required
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
1+ year acute care RN experience; home care experience a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Benefits & Pay:
Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 annually
