We are currently hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide exceptional care to our patients and families in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange County, and Los Angeles County. Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans Educate patients and families about disease management and symptom control Requirements: Valid California LVN license CPR certification Experience in hospice or palliative care (preferred) 2. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans Provide skilled nursing care, including pain and symptom management Serve as a case manager, coordinating care among the interdisciplinary team Educate and support patients and families Requirements: Valid California RN license CPR certification Experience in hospice or palliative care (preferred) Excellent communication and critical thinking skills 3. Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Responsibilities: Assist patients with personal care needs, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Support patients with mobility and ambulation Provide companionship and emotional support Report changes in patient condition to the nursing team Requirements: Valid California CHHA certification CPR certification Reliable transportation Service Areas: Riverside County San Bernardino County Orange County Los Angeles County Benefits: Competitive salary.
