Position Overview
Elite Hospice—Best of Las Vegas Silver Winner 2024 and Gold Winner 2025—is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Hospice Liaison to spearhead community engagement and accelerate census growth. As an award-winning provider recognized for excellence, compassion, and innovation, we are expanding our outreach efforts and looking for a high-performing professional who thrives on cultivating partnerships and driving new patient referrals.
This role is ideal for a confident self-starter who excels at building trust, influencing referral decisions, and establishing strong, lasting community relationships. With significant performance-based earning potential, this position rewards high achievement and measurable growth outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategically grow census by building and strengthening relationships with hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, physician groups, senior living facilities and other referral partners.
Identify new referral opportunities through targeted outreach, community networking, and data-driven market insights.
Deliver compelling education to healthcare teams, patients, and families about hospice philosophy, services, and benefits.
Represent Elite Hospice at community events, professional gatherings, and educational presentations to expand brand reach.
Serve as a reliable, responsive partner to referral sources through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to ensure smooth, timely admissions and high satisfaction throughout the referral-to-admission journey.
Track outreach activities, referral metrics, and conversion rates to support strategic census growth plans.
Role Expectations Operate with strong initiative, autonomy, and creativity—actively seeking new business opportunities and expanding our market footprint.
Display a polished, persuasive communication style suited for healthcare professionals and community stakeholders.
Bring a sales-driven approach, demonstrating confidence in influencing referral behaviors and achieving ambitious growth goals.
Meet or exceed established weekly and monthly referrals, conversion, and census targets.
Serve as a professional, compassionate ambassador for an award-winning hospice provider.
Compensation & Incentives Competitive base salary, with the opportunity for the pay range to increase dramatically based on performance, particularly when census targets are met or exceeded.
Robust performance bonuses tied directly to referral activity, conversion success, and market development.

Qualifications Experience in healthcare marketing, hospice business development, case management, or related fields is strongly preferred.
Proven success in sales, referral development, or census-building roles.
Exceptional relationship building, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage an active field schedule with minimal supervision.
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
