Manufacturing Technician

Compensation and Benefits

Employees hired after October 1, 2025, will receive a $1,000 sign on bonus! Hourly pay starting at $23.06, plus an extra $.55 shift differential for all rotating shifts. Responsibilities

Operate production equipment to manufacture products according to safety and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting on machines and equipment. Monitor and document production metrics, including quality checks and safety logs. Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve daily production goals. Follow all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Qualifications

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to perform equipment troubleshooting, sanitization, and maintenance. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs at or above waist height. Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
