Responsibilities Analyze and determine information needs, data relationships, and reporting capabilities of applications. Maintain, upgrade, and develop screens and reports; design database architecture. Interpret customer reporting requirements and develop solutions. Develop and test complex reports using tools like Microsoft BI, Visual Studio, Business Objects, and Microsoft Office Suite. Provide database analysis, design, development, and management, specializing in SQL Server, Oracle, and web-enabled architectures. Migrate legacy systems into modern enterprise systems and web-enabled applications. Assist in coding, testing, and implementing database features like functions and triggers. Support data extraction, manipulation, and custom report development. Support application of Open-Source Technologies. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Associates Degree or relevant experience. 2+ years in Visual Basic .NET and C#. 3+ years as a programmer analyst in corporate or government settings, with experience in programming practices, analysis, and financial process modification. Background check clearance. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of Java, PHP, Python. Principles of programming, testing, debugging, and documentation. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and resolve complex problems. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
