Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to drive data-driven decision-making and improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses
Identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex datasets
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements
Create data visualizations and dashboards to present insights clearly
Optimize data processes and improve data quality
Work closely with data engineers and analysts to deploy models
Stay updated with the latest data science tools and techniques
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
Experience with SQL and database management systems
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Understanding of data governance and data security
