How you’ll make an impact We are seeking a strategic and technically fluent Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our audience targeting capabilities. This role will focus on building solutions that enhance ad relevance, campaign performance, and advertiser ROI by leveraging first‑party data, third‑party integrations, and advanced audience modeling.

As a critical partner, you’ll define and drive initiatives that transform SiriusXM’s vast data assets—including first‑party listener data, behavioral insights, content metadata, and third‑party integrations—into actionable, privacy‑friendly targeting capabilities. Your work will directly enable advertisers to reach and engage the right audiences through data‑driven targeting, driving revenue and improving campaign outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and legal, to develop innovative data products that enable granular targeting, real‑time personalization, and advanced measurement. You will also interface with external partners to enhance our data graph, improve addressability, and support identity resolution across channels and platforms.

What you’ll do

Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for SiriusXM’s data‑driven ad targeting capabilities

Define scalable, privacy‑forward targeting products that leverage first‑party behavioral data, contextual signals, demographics, and location intelligence

Lead the design of audience creation and activation workflows in partnership with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Legal

Evaluate and integrate third‑party data sources and targeting partners to enhance addressability and reach

Establish KPIs for targeting effectiveness, delivery efficiency, and monetization impact; use data to inform decisions

Stay current on industry trends, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and competitive offerings in digital audio, programmatic advertising, and identity solutions

Represent SiriusXM as a thought leader on data‑driven advertising strategies and the future of addressable audio

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on advertising technology, data products, or programmatic platforms

Deep understanding of digital advertising, audience targeting, identity resolution, and data management platforms (DMPs / CDPs)

Proven ability to work with engineering and data science teams to develop machine‑learning‑powered or algorithmic targeting solutions

Experience with third‑party data providers, measurement platforms, and identity graphs

Excellent communicator with strong analytical thinking and the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders

Ability to lead complex product initiatives from concept through delivery, navigating ambiguity and balancing technical, business, and user needs

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)

Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills

Experience in audio advertising, streaming media, or podcasting environments

Prior work with SSPs, DSPs, or ad servers

Knowledge of advertising data standards (IAB, OpenRTB, etc.)

Compensation We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. The base salary for this position is expected to be in the range of $127,400 to $168,200, and may be eligible for discretionary short‑term and long‑term incentives.
