What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team

Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and align solutions with their needs

Provide product demonstrations and answer technical questions from customers and partners

Guide strategic programs in key accounts, including customer journey sessions for roadmap alignment

Offer feedback to product management for product enhancements based on customer needs

What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience

Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions

Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving

Strong collaboration skills with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services

Territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with AI-powered tools and their application in workflow automation and decision‑making

Experience in a client-facing technical consulting role

History of successful sales achievement in a similar industry
