We’re Hiring: SAP Performance Consultant based in Raanana
Responsibilities
Analyze performance test results from K6 across SAP BTP workloads and cloud-native services.
Evaluate key performance indicators including Percentile response times (90th, 95th, 99th), throughput rates, latency, Network timing metrics (e.g., time to first buffer).
Identify regressions between builds and recommend tuning strategies to improve performance of the SAP BTP platform.
Tune scale-in and scale-out parameters using Horizontal Pod Autoscaler (HPA), Node autoscaling policies, Resource quotas and limits.
Recommend optimal configurations for Hyperscaler components to balance cost, performance, and reliability.
Monitor and optimize traffic routing through Envoy Proxy for SAP BTP services.
Analyze Unified Gateway performance under load and identify bottlenecks in API aggregation and service orchestration.
Leverage observability tools to correlate traffic patterns with performance metrics.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience in SAP performance analysis and optimization within cloud‑based environments (SAP BTP, Unified Gateway, SAP NetWeaver, SAP Fiori, Envoy Proxy.)
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Performance testing tools: K6 (equivalent tools such as Gatling, JMeter, NeoLoad, LoadRunner).
