Overview of the Position
A 300-bed Level II Trauma Center has retained Nealy Pierce to assist in recruiting a permanent Director of Nursing for their Senior Services population. This award-winning, non‑profit, community hospital with some of the highest acuity levels in the state is an opportunity for a DON to join a community-focused hospital with Magnet principles and evidence‑based practices. We are seeking an RN Director with a servant‑leader’s heart who is passionate about patient care and quality above all else and wants to be well‑supported by the organization.

Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Current licensure an RN
Coachable and eager to grow as a leader
Excellent communication skills
Collaborative, team‑building personality style
Med/Surg, LTAC, Skilled or Assisted Living experience preferred
CMSRN or GERO‑BC certifications are a plus
