Job Summary
The Community Specialist executes the store’s community strategy by engaging the community through relationship building, events, product seeding, and supporting lululemon studios. This role develops relationships with Ambassadors and community partners, and delivers a world‑class guest experience on the floor, bringing a community perspective into every guest interaction.
Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy, community foundations, and guest experience to life.
Establish and manage local key relationships (Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, lululemon Studio partners) to increase new guest acquisition and retention.
Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities and boost the store’s community hub standing.
Connect with guests on the floor, assess their needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless, end‑to‑end guest experience.
Attend, support, and host local and regional community events.
Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
Review community business data and metrics to share insights and recommendations with store leadership.
Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
Job Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
Must have the ability to travel to the store with reliable transportation.
Schedule / Availability
The work schedule varies based on store needs.
Shifts are scheduled for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
During peak times, special events, or other circumstances, the schedule may include early mornings or late nights/overnights.
Experience
1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.
Job Assets (Nice to Have)
Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above.
Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners; motivating team members to accomplish goals.

Compensation & Benefits Package Base Pay Range:
$22.50 – $25.89/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location Target Bonus:
$2.00/hour Total Target Base Pay Range:
$24.50 – $27.89/hour
