Arizona Center for Hand to Shoulder Surgery (ACHSS) is seeking a
Hand Fellowship–Trained Surgeon
to join our high-volume, physician‑owned practice. Candidates
must be board eligible or board certified
by
the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS)
or the
American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS)
and have completed an accredited hand surgery fellowship.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well‑established, growing practice with a strong regional reputation, mature referral base, and robust infrastructure designed to support clinical excellence and professional autonomy.
About ACHSS Founded in 2000, ACHSS is Arizona’s premier provider of hand and upper extremity care and one of the largest hand surgery centers in the United States. As a
Level I Hand Trauma provider , ACHSS delivers comprehensive care across the full spectrum of hand and upper extremity pathology, including trauma, complex reconstruction, nerve surgery, and orthopedic conditions.
Our integrated, “one‑stop” model allows physicians to practice at the top of their license, supported by:
On‑site imaging
Dedicated hand therapy and splinting services
An owned ambulatory surgery center
Established referral relationships with primary care providers, urgent care centers, and regional hospitals
Our medical team includes
11 fellowship‑trained hand surgeons
and
2 orthopedic specialists , fostering a collaborative and collegial environment.
