The Town of Sunnyvale is looking for a CIP Manager to add to our team of public works professionals dedicated to serving the citizens of Sunnyvale.
The CIP Manager plans, coordinates, and manages the Town of Sunnyvale’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP). This position is responsible for overseeing capital projects from initial planning and design through construction and close-out. The CIP Manager serves as the Town’s project lead, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with Town standards and regulatory requirements. This position reports to the Public Works Director.
Hiring Pay Range:
$97,000 - $107,000 annually
Full Pay Range:
$95,837 - $129,662 annually

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Four (4) years of experience in design and construction management, or other public works infrastructure projects
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
State of Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license
