Training Quality Assurance Lead
to support our new mission in San Antonio, TX. The
Training Quality Assurance Lead
role is to support the Medical Trauma Training Industry.
What You’ll Do:
Provide training quality assurance support services to monitor, evaluate, and ensure the quality, effectiveness, and compliance of training programs. The QA lead shall implement quality assurance processes, oversee training evaluations, and provide recommendations to maintain accreditation, align with DoD/DHA policies, and continuously improve training delivery. Telework may be available depending on agency policy and the ability to fulfill the requirements below. Approximately 10-20% travel may be required. The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
Lead initiatives for training quality improvement and develop and implement quality control procedures for all JTETD education programs.
Review training execution data, student evaluations, and instructor performance reports to identify gaps.
Coordinate corrective actions with Curriculum Developers and Course Coordinators.
Produce quarterly QA trend analyses and submit improvement recommendations to the Program Manager.
Assist to ensure all training materials meet DoD/DHA education quality assurance standards and ensure compliance with accreditation and inspection requirements.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in education, QA/Process Management, or related field 2 to 4 years in data analytics; proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Tableau/Power BI.
5+ years in training or QA.
Experience in evaluating curriculum effectiveness.
Knowledge of QA frameworks; ability to lead audits, risk mitigation, and compliance checks.
Preference for military medical background.
