Nalley Consulting is seeking full-time, Senior-level All Source Analysts in Washington, D.C.
Position:
Two All Source Analyst openings with Latin America and WMD focuses, respectively
LCAT:
Senior
Location:
Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C.
Required clearance:
TS/SCI with willingness to take CI polygraph
Required experience:
At least 12 years with a bachelor's degree; at least 24 years without a bachelor's degree.
Desired education:
Bachelor's degree or master's degree
Responsibilities:
All Source Analyst will be able to function as an Infrastructure database analyst providing Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR).
Demonstrate the ability to conduct research and analysis relating to the C4ISR of the assigned countries and urban areas. This research includes in-depth review and analysis of classified, unclassified, and open source material.
Acquire, exploit and annotate current electro-optical (EO) imagery from numerous sources to ensure accuracy of information and populate mandatory record fields.
Identify intelligence gaps within the C4ISR and cyber infrastructure and conduct other related analytical tasks as directed by the Government Program Manager.
Provide on-site functional and technical intelligence support to the DIA Intelligence Integration Centers including the collection, analysis, and production of all-source intelligence pertaining to foreign national Cyber MILCAP and foreign use of the Cyberspace Domain in compliance with DIA’s SOP for the Cyber FPA, DIA ADO, ICD 203 and 206 sourcing, analysis, production, and DIA tradecraft standards.
Develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with authoring current DoD product lines and utilizing tradecraft standards.
Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization.
Knowledge of the intelligence cycle.
Candidate should have experience with some of the following systems/programs:
