Full time Responsibilities

Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct acute, chronic, and well visits. Treat patients in‑office or in testing centers and occasionally conduct tele‑health visits. Continuously learn during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities. Collaborate with in‑office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams. Utilize your clinical training to perform in‑office procedures. Education, licenses, and experiences required

Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification. State licensed in California by your One Medical start date. In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:

2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1‑year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent‑care setting.

Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures is a plus. Desired qualities

Location: Full‑time role based in San Francisco, CA at our Castro office. Relocation assistance may be available. The base salary range for this role is $164,700 to $175,000 per year based on a full‑time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for candidates that exceed these specified qualifications.
