Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy aligned with Hightower’s business objectives and brand positioning
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on messaging, reputation management, and executive communications
Oversee executive thought leadership, speeches, talking points, announcements, and external presentations
Lead internal communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement across the organization
Manage crisis communications planning and execution in partnership with legal and executive leadership
Own and define Hightower’s enterprise-level corporate content strategy across channels, including owned, earned, and shared media
Ensure consistent, storytelling that reinforces Hightower’s brand narrative, value proposition, and strategic priorities
Oversee development of core corporate content, including firm messaging, website content, thought leadership, presentations, and editorial calendars
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, content, and events leadership
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with high attention to detail
Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior leaders
Experience in RIA or regulated industries preferred
