The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to: managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and upholding Subway's high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and supervise staff members Create employee schedules and assign duties Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications:
