As a CTV Sales Specialist at Walmart Connect, you will bring full‑funnel performant advertising solutions to brands, acting as a consultative partner to clients, merchandising partners, and marketing teams. Your focus is to increase revenue and adoption of Walmart’s CTV ad products while connecting Walmart Connect’s sales, product and cross‑functional teams.

What you’ll do

Become an expert in Walmart Connect’s CTV offering through deep partnership with Product and Sales teams.

Drive customer engagements focused on our CTV value proposition.

Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to team goals.

Manage a variety of advertiser accounts.

Travel to client meetings and collaborate onsite with Walmart Connect colleagues.

What you’ll bring

Natural curiosity and dedication to getting answers to questions, especially through data interpretation.

Passion for digital advertising, building fruitful partnerships, and becoming an expert in Walmart merchandising.

An ability to quickly build relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

8+ years of digital advertising sales experience, including programmatic sales and at least 2 years of CTV sales.

A proven track record of leveraging data to create performance insights, compelling presentations, and identifying sales opportunities.

Ability to prioritize effectively across a broad spectrum of initiatives.

A team‑first mindset, with a desire to bring cross‑functional colleagues along for the ride.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, strong attention to detail, and diligent follow‑through.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.

Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.

5 years’ experience in brand advertising (TV, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.

5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.

5 years’ experience managing client accounts.

5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C‑suite clients.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Psychology, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.

Compensation Annual salary range: $108,000 – $216,000 (Hoboken, NJ) or $117,000 – $234,000 (San Bruno, CA). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and potential stock options.
