Senior Corporate Controller
Are you a skilled Corporate Controller ready to lead financial reporting across a dynamic multi-arm organization? We’re seeking a Controller with a strong CPA background and expertise in both public and private accounting. This is a unique opportunity to oversee finance for three distinct business entities and drive critical system upgrades.

Maintain accurate books and records, prepare GAAP and tax-basis financial statements, manage audits and tax filings with external accountants, and oversee tax payments Execute quarterly, and year-end close processes, including but not limited to, revenue and expense accruals, recording of amortization and depreciation expense, investment entries (such as capital contributions and distributions), and intercompany reconciliations Support the corporate capital call and distribution process, including calculations, notice preparation, and cash disbursement Review monthly construction management & development fee calculations from development affiliate Contribute to and support current and upcoming department technology enhancements What We’re Looking For:
