Position Overview A retail organization is seeking an experienced
Corporate Recruiter
with a strong foundation in employee relations to support its corporate workforce. This role partners closely with leadership to improve hiring practices, strengthen employee relations, and support workforce planning initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced corporate environment and is comfortable owning recruiting while serving as a trusted HR partner to managers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full‑cycle corporate recruiting for headquarters and corporate‑level roles
Partner with leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning
Support employee relations matters, including investigations and issue resolution
Collaborate with managers to define roles, competencies, and hiring needs
Build and maintain strong corporate talent pipelines
Improve recruiting and people processes to support retention and growth
Qualifications
Prior recruiting experience within retail industries such as fashion/apparel, CPG, home/lifestyle, or electronics (required)
Experience recruiting for corporate or HQ roles
Working knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
