PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics • Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 200 cases per week • Admissions: TBD • Phone Consults: TBD • Case Mix: General surgery, OB/GYN, ENT, Orthopedics
FACILITY INFORMATION • No. of Beds in Department: 6 • Trauma Level: TBD • EMR System: Epic • Office Equipment Available: Anesthesia equipment • Specialty Backup Available: Anesthesia services • Support Staff Available: One anesthesia technician • Reason for Coverage: Supplemental coverage

JOB REQUIREMENTS • Licenses: Active South Carolina license required • Board: NBCRNA • DEA: Required • CSR: South Carolina CSR required • Certifications: BLS, ACLS • Experience: Minimum 1 year CRNA experience • Other Qualifications: Clean background required; mandatory vaccines
