Overview We are seeking a skilled new client Intake Attorney to join our law firm. This remote role focuses on speaking to new clients affected by deceptive, abusive, or unfair business practices.
Key Responsibilities
Handle intake welcome calls for firms new clients in cases involving fraud, false advertising, deceptive trade practices, and violations of federal and state consumer protection laws.
Understanding of or willingness to learn general businesses practice, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Truth In Lending laws, UCC-1 filings, and lien avoidance, encompassing knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code.
Advise law firms clients about law firms services and their legal rights and remedies under consumer protection statutes.
Facilitate the signing of attorney client service agreements. (NO Selling involved)
Maintain detailed records utilizing Law firms CRM including regular case updates.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in any state.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Pay $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (DOE)
Work Location Remote – Las Vegas, Nevada.
