Our client is seeking a Customer Service Associate (or Senior Associate) to join their customer support operations team. This position involves providing high-quality bilingual (English / Japanese) customer service for credit card and roadside assistance operations. The role offers opportunities for growth and hybrid work flexibility. Key Responsibilities Provide responsive and professional customer service for credit card and roadside assistance operations. Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to emails, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Address customer needs promptly to ensure satisfaction and positive experience. Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on customer inquiries and service requests. Perform general administrative and operational support as needed.
Work Experience
Customer Service Associate: No prior experience required; previous customer service experience is a plus. Senior Customer Service Associate: Customer service experience required; experience in credit card or banking operations preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Skills & Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic PC proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel). Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (verbal and written). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a fast-paced environment effectively. Professional, reliable, and customer-focused mindset.
