Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
Welcome and guide attendees in a professional and friendly manner
Support event operations to ensure schedules and standards are met
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth event flow
Represent the company with professionalism at all times
Help resolve on-site needs or challenges efficiently
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Organized, dependable, and detail-focused
Comfortable working in dynamic, live-event settings
Flexible schedule availability, including occasional evenings or weekends

Competitive salary ($41,000 – $44,000 annually)
