Overview and Responsibilities Summary We are seeking a dedicated
Location Sales Manager . This dual marketing/operational role promotes location growth and profitability; manages daily operations, communicates the company’s philosophy and objectives to location staff, and markets core services and products to ensure that the referral source receives the highest quality service.

Achieve referral accounts, growth targets, and revenue/market share goals
Oversee financial and operational performance of the location
Ensure staff competencies are met before independent work
Update Active Referral Account reports monthly and market analysis semi‑annually
Role split: 50‑70% operations, 30‑50% sales
Develop strategic plan to maintain/increase market share based on geography and demographics
Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, insurance regulations, FDA/DOT, and JCAHO guidelines
Stay updated on company products, services, and applicable regulations
Hire and interview staff with senior management approval, focusing on qualified candidates
Maintain referral account records
Manage billing and ensure timely documentation for reimbursements (e.g., CMNs, assignments)
Oversee inventory levels and monitor company assets
Execute growth plan to meet or exceed budgeted goals
Responsible for branch profit and loss
Conduct morning meetings and track action items regularly
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Employment is contingent on
Background check (company‑wide). Results will not be used automatically to disqualify individuals. Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process (when applicable for the position)
Valid driver’s licence in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)
Required Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
State‑Specific Requirements
Florida : Must have two years of experience in business management or a college degree in business or a healthcare‑related field
North Carolina : Must hold a Bachelor's degree in health science, business administration, or a related field, plus at least one year of documented supervisory or management experience in home care or related health programs
Wyoming : Must have a minimum of two years of full‑time managerial or supervisory experience in a pharmacy or wholesale distributor
Preferred Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Experience with medical equipment, respiratory therapy, or DME services
Familiarity with medical billing, insurance reimbursement, and regulatory compliance
Background in healthcare administration or medical record management
At least four years of related work experience
Working knowledge of medical terminology
Skills and Competencies
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi‑task effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to interpret and respond to various forms of communication (verbal, written, visual)
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Demonstrated problem‑solving, time‑management, and organizational skills
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
Technical Proficiency
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Comfortable with email communication, internet research, and using office equipment (fax, copier, printer, phone, computer/tablet)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and transport equipment as needed
May be required to drive a company vehicle, participate in on‑call rotations, and make home deliveries
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, talk, and listen for extended periods
Requires close vision for reading small print on screens and paperwork
