A global leader in commercial real estate is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager to manage transaction activities for a portfolio of commercial properties. Responsibilities include developing strategies for property acquisition and disposition, negotiating terms, and ensuring integration between service lines. Ideal candidates will have 8-10 years of experience in real estate transactions, a Real Estate salesperson license, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
