CT/ X-Ray Radiologic Technologist
to join our team. As a
CT/ X-Ray Radiologic Technologist , you will operate our advanced scanning equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images. Your commitment to patient care, safety, and technical excellence will be essential in delivering optimal imaging services.
Position CT/ X-Ray Radiologic Technologist (Full-Time, Day-Shift)
Responsibilities
Accurately position patients to ensure effective scanning of specific body areas.
Conduct regular warm-up sequences on radiological equipment to maintain functionality.
Sterilize radiologic equipment thoroughly to ensure patient safety and adhere to hygiene and infection control protocols.
Interpret and follow physicians' written scanning instructions accurately.
Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance the visibility of internal structures during imaging.
Review and evaluate scans to confirm they meet technical quality standards.
Clearly explain scanning procedures to patients, offering reassurance and support as needed.
Monitor patients during scanning procedures, identifying and responding to any allergic reactions to contrast agents.
Maintain inventory of radiologic supplies and report any deficiencies.
Skills
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to accurately interpret images.
Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes and medical terminology.
Compassion and patience in dealing with diverse patient populations.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry developments and best practices in radiological technology.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare team members.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
