HVAC Service Technician Residential Service - Alpharetta, GA
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for performing semi-skilled and skilled work related to the operation, maintenance, and repair of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal technician delivers exceptional customer service, communicates clearly, and provides homeowners with multiple options and solutions to meet their comfort and investment needs.
Technicians are typically dispatched from home, with the warehouse located in Alpharetta.
Compensation $28 per hour + spiffs
Additional earning opportunities through performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Educate homeowners on system conditions, repair options, and replacement recommendations
Provide outstanding customer service during in-home service calls
Follow safety policies, procedures, and industry best practices
Maintain accurate service documentation
Participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation
Qualifications
3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to work evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
