Job Description
Summary
This ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Main responsibilities include licensing, onboarding and administration of HR Information system. This is the first point of contact with both new hires and existing team members.
Job Duties
Responsible for onboarding and licensing with the Kansas State Gaming Commission.
Provides support to team members via phone calls, walk-in requests, emails, etc.
Serves as a liaison with team members ensuring proper completion of forms and maintaining confidentiality of team member needs.
Offers a high level of internal customer service to team members to answer their HR related questions and provide appropriate guidance and support for their requests.
Assists in property-specific team member orientation and onboarding to ensure a positive new hire experience.
Other duties as requested.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
One (1) year of human resources experience preferred.
Must be a self starter and can multitask in a fast pace environment.
Strong skills in MS Office applications.
Must be able to obtain licenses as required.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
