office. Our Associate Attorneys support our litigation attorneys with legal document production, legal case law research, and screening new client calls. Their duties include, but are not limited to the following: RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft summons/complaints, motions, discovery, and other pleadings Legal Research Brief Writing Screening Potential Clients Trial Preparation Other duties as assigned by a litigation attorney REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have a Juris Doctorate degree and are licensed by the Iowa State Bar Demonstrated superior customer service skills Innovative problem resolution Ability to work independently Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced/dynamic environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel High level of professionalism and confidentiality BENEFITS AT A GLANCE
