Security Assistance Sr. Specialist
This position is vital to not only Security's operations, but also the entire Space Enterprise, for the Western Region. This position facilitates a multitude of processes, which are needed to ensure there is smooth continuity for all LOB's and Departments, including :
Badging for all regional LM employees
Access Control / Assignment to all employees / visitors in the ACORN system and BadgeLM PASS system (both unclassified and classified)
Access issue troubleshooting and management of all cardholders
Fingerprints for clearance processing on all LM employees
Badge access reports for facilities, office planning, and investigations
Coordinates with Physical Security Representative to manage access to classified spaces to include Secret, Top Secret / SCIF / SAP level locations
Frequently disables contractor / employee badges due to disciplinary findings by investigations / HR
Without this position, the entire Space enterprise will be significantly impacted. Access facilitation to employee's and visitor's will be delayed, in-turn preventing people from not doing their job. Not only from an access perspective, but customer / VIP visit access can be impacted.

Pay Rate The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $53,900 - $94,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
