Construction Project Manager – On-Site
I’m partnering with a well-established national commercial builder that’s looking for an experienced
On-Site Project Manager
in Irvine, CA. This role oversees projects from bid to completion, managing subcontractors, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This is a great opportunity for a driven construction professional to join a stable, supportive, and growth-focused team. Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day project operations from bid through closeout Review and prepare bids; evaluate subcontractor pricing and proposals Qualify, negotiate, and administer subcontractor agreements Process change orders and ensure contract documentation is accurate Coordinate with owners, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Lead project meetings and support scheduling and planning efforts Assist with estimating and maintaining project documentation Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field 3–5 years of commercial project management experience (healthcare, retail or multifamily preferred) Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills Based near Irvine, CA Preferred Qualifications
Experience with retail, multifamily, or other commercial projects Familiarity with subcontractor negotiation and change order processes Understanding of on-site construction workflows and safety practices Benefits
