JOB DESCRIPTION
Atlantic Medical Group is seeking a full-time Radiographer for AMG Orthopedics in New Providence to work from 8 AM to 4 PM.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Performs diagnostic radiologic procedures according to departmental protocols.
Reviews each requisition prior to the examination to ensure all pertinent information is available.
Obtains and records all required medical history from patient.
Prepares and positions patients for each required view.
Performs radiologic examination with a high standard of accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education
Graduate of an ARRT approved Radiological Technology program required.
Minimum Experience
Experience in Orthopedics and familiarity with EPIC EMR preferred.
Licenses/Certifications
NJ State License and ARRT certification required.
Must maintain valid certification by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR.
