A / Master Level Automotive Technician — Portland, OR
Overview We are seeking an experienced A / Master Level Technician to join our team in the Portland, OR market. This position offers a flexible schedule , a team-oriented environment , and an earning potential of $80,000+ annually , based on productivity.
Compensation Pay Structure: Flat rate, hourly, or salary (flexible)
Rate: $25–$35 per hour or equivalent flat rate
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
Schedule: 40-hour work week, flexible scheduling available
Responsibilities
Perform heavy diagnostics, drivability, and electrical repairs
Complete vehicle repairs from start to finish with high quality
Conduct Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Bolt On software
Read and interpret manufacturer manuals and technical documents
Maintain a professional, organized, and positive work environment
Work efficiently across multiple bays
Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician
Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
Valid driver's license required
ASE certifications preferred (bonus provided for passing ASE tests)
Proven track record of quality work and reliability
Must be able to work 5 days per week
Self-starter with a professional demeanor and strong work ethic
