Commercial Loan Officer – High-Upside Role with Immediate Deal Flow
Location: Ontario, CA (Local candidates preferred | In-office meetings / trainings required)

What You’ll Do
Work a steady stream of loan opportunities generated directly from our commercial real estate brokerage.
Build and manage your own pipeline of owner-user and investment property loans.
Lead occasional finance training sessions for commercial agents to increase deal volume and strengthen referral relationships.
Partner closely with an experienced leadership team that’s invested in your development and success.
Represent a fast-growing, forward-thinking brand in commercial real estate finance.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in commercial lending, banking, or private lending
An existing book of business or strong referral network (highly preferred)
California DRE license (can be obtained after hire)
Ability to be onsite in Ontario, CA for meetings / trainings
A true entrepreneurial mindset —someone who wants to grow beyond a traditional salaried role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Benefits Compensation & Earning Potential This is a commission-based role with unlimited upside.
$3,000 base pay in month one (no draw deduction)
Ongoing compensation structured as a monthly draw against commissions
Net collections calculated after standard deductions (draw + 0.25 bps from monthly loan volume)
Sign-on bonus considered for candidates with a verifiable active pipeline
Income Examples
Conservative performer : $100K+ annually
Solid mid-range performer : $200K+ annually
Strong performers : No ceiling—earning potential is uncapped
