Come join a collaborative team supporting Macquarie's Commodities and Global Markets Division across the Americas. This role offers the opportunity to develop your technical expertise in tax reporting while working closely with management and cross-functional teams. You will gain exposure to complex tax structures, financial accounting, and strategic transactions that impact the Group's results. What role will you play? In this role, you will prepare monthly and semi-annual tax provision and accounting disclosures, including 1120 and 1065 tax returns for various entities. You will assist with reporting and analysis of effective tax rates, deferred balances, and cash flow impacts, and assess the effects of tax law changes. Collaboration with teams across Finance, Treasury, and Tax Advisory will be essential as you support compliance, forecasting, and group reorganizations.
