Happy Ears Hearing Center is seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their Peoria location, providing comprehensive hearing evaluations, personalized treatment planning, and follow-up care. The ideal Hearing Instrument Specialist candidate takes pride in providing personalized hearing care and delivers treatment guided by audiology best practices. Perform hearing screenings and comprehensive audiometric evaluations Fit, program, and verify hearing aids using Real Ear Measurements and best‑practice protocols Counsel patients and families on hearing aid use, maintenance, and expectations Provide follow‑up adjustments, cleanings, and repairs Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Collaborate with audiologists and the broader clinical team to ensure continuity of care Requirements
Current and unrestricted Arizona state license as a Hearing Instrument Specialist Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in hearing aid dispensing (preferred) Strong communication and counseling skills Passion for patient education and relationship building Commitment to providing best-practice hearing care and ongoing professional growth Benefits
