Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee the administrative and resident financial operations of a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on billing, accounts receivable, compliance, and resident financial services while supporting facility leadership. Key Responsibilities
Oversee billing and accounts receivable processes Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and payer requirements Maintain accurate resident financial and administrative records Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and families regarding financial matters Support audits, reports, and regulatory documentation Collaborate with facility leadership to support financial operations Qualifications
Previous experience as a BOM or in healthcare business office operations preferred Strong knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid billing and SNF reimbursement Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare billing systems Strong communication and customer service skills Benefits
