Strong understanding of child development and psychological theories
Expertise in conducting psychoeducational assessments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Ability to analyze data and develop evidence-based interventions
Crisis intervention and management skills
Knowledge of legal and ethical guidelines related to student privacy and confidentiality
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Minimum of a Master's Degree
Minimum of two (2) years experience in Child Study field
NJ State Certifications
Experience treating young adult populations
Ability to complete and pass background checks prior to starting
School based experience with Administrative Codes, Rules and Regulations
Experience with Time Management, Deadlines, Diverse School Settings
Familiar with evaluations, therapy, and case management
Must be willing to obtain register/archive fingerprints under Delta-T Group codes.
