If not currently licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, passing the most recent Ohio bar exam will be a condition of continued employment. A current, valid driver license and safe, reliable personal vehicle available for county business use, and vehicle insurance that meets or exceeds the statutory minimum for the State of Ohio is also required.
